Does it take practice to be so unselfconscious when you're filming? I'd imagine getting pulled out of myself often while trying to focus, or does the forced discipline actually help?
Perhaps it does; I've been in front of cameras for some years now, but I do remember feeling awkward at first. When I'm making these types of videos, I forget about the camera almost immediately.
