Crikey, imagine if white people sand a song praising whites? There would be an uproar. Why do people have to see colour? I was raised not to see colour and to treat everyone equally. My cousins are adopted black whereas I'm white. We are all in our fifties, we live in the U.K., in Nottinghamshire with no racial issues or prejudice..
There is absolutely nothing wrong with seeing .. recognising & appreciating some bodies beautiful colour in that context ...
Not seeing colour is utter nonsense ... as it helps no one ...
People who tend to say that are uncomfortable with recognising that we are all different .. however equally the same as human beings ...
If you don’t see colour how do you know that your family members are black ...
Obviously if easier for YOU to state that .. when in fact .. people find talking about race uncomfortable ... because they make it so 🤷🏾♀️
Ask yourself why that is ...
