Does this NPP man's children attend the free shs? They are praising the poor free SHS but their children don't attend. They packed their children in international schools pushing our children in this poor educational system.

The questions is, is Free Education an educational structure? Has it got anything do with the Syllabi of the Secondary School system? Of course not. The School System remains12 years. The whole thing is about funding. That's all. The government should have created a kind of "Capitation Grant" to the schools. With new System there shouldn't have been any Basic Schools for which JHS, as an Intermediate Level, to be part. Simple because the new System, both in content and Structure, is a Single 12-year period. If we had implemented the original idea of the new K-12 American System, we could have avoided all these problems.
