My wife and I are flying business class to Australia this fall on Singapore Airlines. Really looking forward to it since it's my first time to fly this airline. I hope all of those little details return by that time.
It’s really random actually. After posting this video I checked out others made during the same time and I did see amenity kits handed out. I guess it depends on the route you’re flying. But don’t let this spoil your overal experience. The SQ crew is fantastic and I’m sure they will spoil you. Where are you flying from?

A lot of little things were missing from the flight this time like welcome drinks, towels, and even menu cards. It makes the experience incomplete. I hope this will change soon.
I'm watching this ahead of a Ryanair flight to Palma without any service whatsoever... Maybe not the best decision :D I'd already be fine with the delicious looking garlic bread. No matter what - thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!

I am from Florida and will take Singapore Airline flight from Dulles DC, La Guardia, Kennedy, Frankfurt to Singapore, do we still need to wear face-mask during flight? Also, is Kris lounge usually crowded? It was fabulous in Changi. Thanks for your video.
For now, masks should still be required on board as Singapore still has an indoor mask rule. The lounge was crowded at the time due to renovations but hopefully this has now been resolved 😀 Have a great flight and enjoy your time here.
Singapore was my end destination so I didn’t have to transit. From what I understood when I disembarked, transit passengers were still asked to deplane first so I think they would have brought business class passengers to a separate waiting area. I think it will all change soon as Singapore starts to ease travel restrictions even further.

To be honest I didn’t see them serve champagne but I did hear the crew ask a passenger if he wanted some. 😀 Guess there were no drinkers on board
