Instead of getting a case, I put just a popsocket on the back. That way, if I ever drop it, the back never slides against stuff. The little bit of height from the popsocket lowers the surface area that can touch the ground. Praise the triangle!
I have had this phone for 3 months... i got it for $30 when the promotion hit through Metro PCS. I love the look and build of this phone. Best phone on the market for the price I got it for. Unfortunately, the memory and the metro pcs service have made me want to switch. The LG stylo 3 was faster and more smooth than the Stylo 4. I encounter a lot of lag and glitches. I have to restart it every few days because it freezes when trying to use Snapchat and Facebook. This phone would be a beast with 4 gigs of RAM. The service sucks too. My car broke down and i had to walk 3 miles to get service with metro pcs.

Yeah i agree with the stylus! I wish they would make it more durable and easier to eject rather than as hard as it is to get out. However, i like the plastic back because I'd rather have scratches than shatters.

This phone is so great i was welding and a spark touch my screen did a very small hole but works perfectly fine no lines on screen didnt even have a screen protector at all perfectly fine..my son had my stylo 4 and gave me the phone through the door and door frame of my crew cab smashed the phone with the door and did not crack the screen or damage the phone just a little small tiny dent on the frame where the volume body is at but the volume button up or down at work fine perfectly pretty good phone had this phone for about almost two years and a half and it has been working fine thinking of upgrading to the Stylo 5 and see if it can really keep its durability as the Stylo 4
Saw one on eBay for sale and it was bent. I'm guessing the owner kept it in the back pocket while wearing skin tight pants and never remove it when they sit down until they use it. But I'm just guessing...

My Stylo 4 was shut in a van door this morning. It bent the top third of my phone, giving it a curved screen. Absolutely nothing broke. All my hardware is intact, my fingerprint sensor works, not a scratch on the screen. This phone is ridiculous
The screen is made out of tempered glass not plastic it would scratch with i higher hardness pick but that box cutter is not strong enough i suggest you do more reaserch on your phones instead of assuming thank you

Going for the Stylo 4 because of you! I always get cases so I'm not worried. Hope I like the camera. The one thing I really liked about the s8. But not a dealbreaker. Oh and be careful what you wish for..(bezelles displays) Do not like the edges.. Anyway, more!! New fan.

Crazy. To me Metro is better than Cricket so far. I got it the 4 for free by switching and so far I plan on staying with Metropcs.

Dude, just a suggestion. . . if you are going to bend a phone (glass), wear some gloves. Maybe goggles for your eyes might be a good idea too.
