I have to dig out my goodreads MM romance books. I hardly find characters of color in the authors I read. I definitely look forward to checking these books out. I am a big fan of the themes you listed. Also, I agree with what you said about liking a theme in a book but not IRL. I am always searching for books to take me away from reality and make my imagination work overtime, lol. Thank you.
Hey there! I'm Eliot, and I found your channel because I was searching my name for audio pirates, so that's kind of ridiculous! But I wanted to say hi and thanks for reading! :)
Hi have you read Seven of Spades series by Cordelia Kingsbridge? It's on KU. It is the best series I have ever read. MM romance, misery and a fab 🐩. Xx
You should check out Kat Silver’s Flame Born Series, Emma Scott’s When You Come Back to Me (there are 3 books in the series, but only the first book WYCBTM is m/m), and Ariana Nash’s Shadows of London series 😍 I’m so happy I found your channel! I feel like we enjoy the same style of books.
I love MM and because it's not a huge genre it's sometimes hard to find new books so I was really excited to find your channel. But our taste in books is so different 😢 I'm more into crime/suspense, sport, fake dating, enemies to lovers and friends to lovers... I'm gonna check out a few of your favorite authors and series, maybe I'll like something. Thanks for making this video(s).
I don't know if you have read these authors both are male BIPOC Jack Harbon ( parker is steamy and meet cute club is more in the cute side) Cole McCade ( his cocky cellist is my fave of his, bdsm D/s the dominant is the younger femme boy )
Would you ever do a video on the phenomenon of most MM romances being written by mostly white cishet women? About whether it's problematic and stuff? It's something I've been thinking about a lot lately!
This a great question/suggestion. I've actually been thinking about whether or not women (myself included) reading MM romances is problematic. I had the thought, "well, it's kind of written for us". Which I believe is hella problematic - the fact that cishet women are writing MM romances for (mainly) women. I have to sit on it further. Don't think I can settle on a thought or come to a conclusion.

More please 😮💨
Thanks for the video! I'm always looking for new M/M to read. I recommend Aiden Bates (his Hell's Ankhor series) and Cole McCade.

Milo, the cat, is still up to his BS. At this point he's just trying to tease her with his presence.

Kora Knight’s books are so smutty it’s legit just me blushing all the way through and living for it lol
If Kora gets you blushing, you need to check out Alessandra Hazard if you haven't!
