Vlad for Emperor. Anyway- Manfred is actually considered to be the strongest Vampire Count these days. Though there aren't that many Counts players around these days. WH3 hasn't been the kindest to us- though I don't begrudge the Dwarfs much needed updates.

Nagash: because it's funny and because Its your torment for all backstabbing things you did. Vlad: you just trying to kill me and take my place. And because of you my wife is possessed by Nurgle! @@Irimu_ Damn hoping they will replace the regular Vampire and Strigoi lords with the bloodline ones as regular generic lords, add in 4 more vampire heroes that represent the other bloodlines (not just von Carstein), add in Litches as a transformations for Necromancer lords, Barrow Kings promoted to generic lords, Krell as a proper legendary hero and many, many more. Including the Bloodlines themselves getting a Daemons of Chaos rework where Mannlet is not!Daniel in terms of having a bit of everything while Vlad and any other LL are turned into their own unique lore-accurate factions. They need this a lot. Greenskins also should get this.
@CommanderBohn maybe not a LOT, because it's totally possible to ROFLSTOMP immortal empires with any of vamp counts factions, but they do feel VERY dated compared to the updated empire, and the AI vamp factions seem to get obliterated regularly in my games. The only thing I want more than a "courts of blood" faction lord pack and VC rework ATM is dynamic weather with strategic and battle effects. Were I a competent coder I'd have already modded the latter. All the ingredients are already there.

The pyramid bit is extra funny for a few reasons… First that just as Settra outdid Nagash in the pyramid department, Nagash has his fly solely out of spite. Second is Mannfred being the *only* one working on it. And finally, the fact in lore Settra constantly tried getting rid of the Black Pyramid of Nagash. Partly because it an awful eyesore of evil magic, partly because it was clearly going to become a problem at *some* point in future *eventually,* and partly because it was bigger than Settra’s which was already the biggest one ever made, and Settra wasn’t going to take that lying down. Never worked though, should have barrowed a few nukes from the Skaven, but then again, it would mean Settra would have to forever live with the fact that his pyramid was only the *second* largest to ever exist, and he’s far too full of himself to do that.
tbf, vampires are supposed to have higher physical strenght and there is no use for their skill in commanding undead, IN NEHEKHARA, so making him do physical labour is actually a good idea... If you want your construction done shittily, and if you are willing to have someone constantly looking over the schmuck so he doesn't purposefully fuck something up
@@ElBandito the problem with blood taxes is it's diverse nature and dependency from vampire lord to vampire lord. There's is no standardized system of blood taxes to Sylvanians. Every vampire lords taxes are different

........I started an Ironbrow's Expedition Campaign and within the first ten turns mannfred declared war on me with a full-strength army and I was worried that he'll take my unprotected capital AND (Not making this up) the moment Mannfred was about to enter my territory Settra immediately declares war on him and takes his capital in the same turn then hunts Mannfred down while giving me a non-aggression pact in the next turn
It is downright hilarious just how... utterly busted, Helman's strength with zombies is. Once you hit endgame and have all the buffs, you become practically as terrifying as the goblins did when they got W I D E.
i would actual support the lore, that Vlad is the sole vampire lord, everyone is fine to have him in the council as a member, even as a vampire....like, do you want to ask him to leave? Do you want to charge head-first into the next party? Do you want to open the seat for a stir.......NO
Lore dangerous is Apsolute, Warhammer total war orcs use pages from the necronomicon as a toilet bowl so that's why vampire counts don't have shooters is dangerous minimal.
