You can get the arms of the sun glasses tightened so it fits snugly around your ears. The optometrist can do it- I’ve had it done with my sunglasses before.
I got them to do it at sunglass hut! 😄
I would quickly sell the green flap if I were u.. Its a vintage who knows how many more years it will hold up. And take advantage of the still hyped vintage fever to get rid of it.

I have the same YSL sunglasses and have a tiny small face, solved it buying the nose pads and the anti slip silicone on amazon.
