If she IS leaving, I think AEW needs to do a hard reset of sorts especially with the women's division. Even if the viewership drops a little, have two women's matches on Dynamite and on Collision. Also, bring in seasoned talent like Kamille Brickhouse, Deonna Purazzo, etc.
Aside from that, talent needs to feel like they're actually going somewhere, not just stuck in a loop and floundering.
I'm wishing the best for AEW (and wrestling in general), but there are too many mistakes being made at once. Even with this last Dynamite in Cincinnati where people said they didn't even know a show was coming to their town until a few days before the taping.
AEW needs to sit down and figure out what they want going forward starting from next year.

My favorite thing about this is that she literally just said something in an interview about how she loves her boss cause she can text him and he responds in 3 minutes. I'm sure she will have the same luck texting nick khan when in WWE.

Man, I hope she does well in WWE. Transitioning from a small-ish, personal brand like AEW that allowed a lot more access to the top brass to WWE which is more corporate Bureaucracy would be a challenge though

WWE traveling isn't no where as near as bad as it used to be. Wrestlers really only do like 3 shows a week now at most and maybe she organized a specific amount of dates shes cool with in her negotiations
@@sx2ap in AEW she's on the road only one day a week. Wednesday is Dynamite live and Rampage recorded. Collision is live on Saturdays.
@@sx2apjade was doing maybe two shows a month near the end man. That’s not the same as a WWE schedule . Unfortunately she will get a massive push and then be fed to Charlotte 🤮.

As for Jade, is it really a bad thing? Some girls moved from WWE to AEW, so the opposite shouldn't be shocking. Such changes make the products fresher, with different combinations of talents: it was the norm during the territory days.
And maybe after the whole undefeated streak story was over, there wasn't much good creative available for her in AEW, or maybe she just wants to be more mainstream, since her biggest strenght are looks and presence and certainly not in-ring work.
(of course, the most tribalistic of fans that used to mock green Jadeberg would be then praising her as the best of main eventers, or vice-versa but those are a lost cause)

@@_justinblizzle in AEW she is working a very light schedule in a promotion with no real developmental system. That limits her capacity for improvement in the ring. WWE is a lot better equipped to help her grow as a star.

I LOVE Jade, I said she was green so that yeah I will take the heat :)
BUT.. I said she would KILL it over in WWE,
She has a Killer ripped body, she's tall, great on the mic, a great pump kick and really good finisher.
All I said was if she was to stick around in AEW she would have to get into more "wrestling" only because she literally went through the entire women's roster EXCEPT for women belt holders/contenders, she was always doing her own thing with the TNT belt.
(I personally would love AEW to do a tag belt and she would be great paired with a tactician)
Anyway if she goes that's great, I personally barely watch WWE anymore so I am not one who is like "aww they stink" but I also saw comments on Simon's thread saying AEW is "over and dead" if Jade goes, Mercedes will be "scared off, same with Edge" and I am like...huh?
I am old enough to remember watching ONE hour of WWWF on ch 9 a week, 2 hours of Lucha Libre on UHF ch 41 and 47 and roller derby.
I would get a MONTHLY wrestling magazine.

Today there are *endless matches* online, from WWE, AEW, Impact, NJPW, CZW, Death Matches, backyard, pool rooms, etc.. etc..etc.
BUT... probably the worse thing *ever* is that there are a *TON* of online wrestling dirt sheets with "unnamed sources" who will post clickbait and rumors.

In all seriousness though, babyface Bianca is too valuable for that. Yeah, we may have gotten bored with her as a good guy, but you're forgetting the fact that kids love her. That means money. Not to mention she's amazing for PR. Like it or not, SHE's really the modern day John Cena.
So even if they do actually decide to turn her heel, I'd put money on it being a pretty brief run before she turns back. And even then, that's still a pretty big IF.

I've always said Jade was too big for what AEW can do for her. They dont know how to market her, they can't get her in front of BIG audiences and matches. Big brand deals also. She doesn't need to be on every episode of Raw or Smackdown. She can be built to fight Rhea or even Iyo.

As an AEW fan who no longer watches WWE, I hope Jade does jump ship.
She has all the tools to be a star but TK has consistently dropped the ball on the woman's division which imo, drastically reduces her chances.

Does that sound like a person who is leaving AEW for WWE? Nope. Jade has NEVER given any indication that she wants to work in the WWE. She's stated in the past that she has no desire to work a WWE schedule. This is just another case of the dirt sheets spreading fake rumors when the same result will happen that's happened every time. The AEW talent re-signs with AEW.

Simon, you are always a highlight in every video you do. That being said Jade is still green, she should spend time in NXT to improve, but I do worry her ego isn't going to allow that. That is going to be the big issue with her going straight to the main roster. She'll get exposed quickly, also the fact she already believes she is above wrestling could cause problems. She has an amazing look but she still lacks some skills, this will be a huge gain for WWE and a massive loss for AEW if it does happen.
I could be wrong here, but I'm prettttty sure that's just her character....
