Grand opening of 1916 Moate Memorial Park based in Moate Co. Westmeath Ireland. Remembering the fallen of 1916 and also remembering Private Patrick Kelly killed during the Don Tidey Kidnapping. Thanks to the Defence Forces, Post 9 UN Veterans and Athlone Pipe Band.
