    Mine came in early this week but it was the wrong one, it was the flat grind Shemanese II which is thinner, so I sent it back. They are working on getting the right one to me, can't wait! It was my GRAIL Knife, been waiting a long time, but they are such good people, it will work out. Thanks for the video! Can't wait to get it!

      I don't think you will be disappointed in the knife once you finally get it. I like the knife and the steel, and the one I have had for awhile has become one of my favorite knives.

    Man, I gotta get me one of those. They look awesome! A big knife is handy to have up here.
    I LOVE my LT Northern Hunter. It's amazing. Best Canadian Belt Knife pattern knife I've had.
    Nice set! 👍🏻

      The Shemanese is my favorite bigger knife. It has plenty of blade length for most tasks, but not too heavy or overbuilt. I recommend it to anyone thinking about getting this type of knife.

    How LT Wright can get knives almost exact size is by using flat stock cut with CNC machine

      However he does it he does good work. I like well made knives, and so far LT Wright has been good.

      @@MountainLife1 I wasnt saying how he does it in an attempt to disparage LT Wright Knives... I own more than 10 LT's

    with all due respect sir you pointed out possibly a small scratch... do you use the knife or are you just a knife enthusiat, collector ?

      @MountainLife1  Год назад

      I use all my knives, but I don't abuse them. What I pointed out was the start of where they sharpen the spine. Maybe it's not clear on video, but that is not square with the blade, and it is done with a rough grit. If I use my knife and put scratches on it, or if I sharpen the spine myself and do it crooked or mess it up that may just be part of using the knife. However, when it comes from the shop, it should be flawless. There is no reason to make a crooked grind on the spine at the factory/shop where they make them. It's not a deal breaker on these knives, but I am just pointing everything out on this review/unboxing.

    How did you manage to get one ?
    On there website it appears that you you need to preorder but that option isn’t working
    And they don’t answer to email

      I have two of them in a matching set. They make them in batches, and once they get a certain number of preorders, they stop taking orders and get the knives made by LT Wright. The first one I ordered came within a month or so because I ordered it right before preorders were full. The next one took a few months. What you have to do is keep checking the website until they open preorders again. I wish it was easier to get one, but this is the only way.
