  • The stock price of Boeing shares dropped 8% early this week after 171 of its Max-9 planes were grounded for inspections. The cause for the emergency action was a blown out door plug on one of its Alaska Airlines flights which caused a door to blow out which the plane was in the air.
In the following days information about more loose door plugs emerged on other planes, leading to a 15% reversal in the last three trading days.
