Don't own one myself but a buddy has one in 45 and has a consistent failure rate especially after 4-5 mags. I have a Banshee 45 that has run absolutely flawless with over 3000 rds fired. Love that hand stop, ordered as a safety LOA device.
Good, I was hoping it was but I didn't hear you mention it? So how does it shoot? I haven't played with any direct blow back 45 ar's? How's recoil impulse? I've had a FM 9mm ar pistol for 4 years now. It's always ran great & stupid accurate! I just recently got a cmmg Dissent MKG9 pistol. That thing is smooth! Has significantly less recoil than my FM but it's radial delayed blowback & has compact action so no buffer tube & half bolt mass as standard carrier. 6.5 inch barrel with a folding brace makes it super compact
No, I didn’t mention it. Wish I did due to the amount of messages with peoples concerns lol. But it runs super smooth, and very fun to shoot. But the recoil is great, for a 45 coming out a 5 inch barrel I’d like to say it has hardly any recoil. But to each their own, of course That’s just me. And stupid accurate is well said!!! I am super impressed on how accurate this firearm is seriously! Im hitting 3 inch gongs from 30 yards away all day long. But I know a lot of people go back-and-forth between either getting the foxtrot Mike or the CMMG both are great products especially the CMMG but you just can’t beat the price on the foxtrot mikes and what you’re getting, especially when we’re talking about almost $400- $500 cheaper then the cmmg. But in your case, why not have both right lol
Is the extractor pin on your bcg sitting proud? Mine sits proud and while it seems to function, I can’t help thinking the pin hole was drilled off center not allowing the pin to insert all the way. If this is present in other bcgs, it would ease my mind. It’s also a steel round pin where it’s a roll pin in my fm9
Shoots great! Runs smooth with little recoil. The feed ramp could’ve used a little bit of polishing right out the box but I just took it out to The range, dumped a couple mags through it and I had zero feeding issues after that . Just needed a little break in lol but I don’t plan on suppressing it. I’ve built the thing for the sole purpose as a backpack gun. So it needs to stay small if anything the next step is a folding stock to make it even more compact.
Did you SBR that lower?? You can't put a stock on a upper with a barrel under 16 inches, unless you already applied & paid for your SBR tax stamp & been approved!!! You can put a pistol brace on it because it's a pistol. Or it's short barrel rifle & is a felony without a tax stamp bro!!!!!!!!!
You should know that the addition of a stock (versus a pistol brace) to a firearm that has a barrel length of less than 16" is a felony if the firearm hasn't been approved for a BATFE Form 1 for a short barreled rifle. What is worse is that you have committed this act on video under your channel. The BATFE does browse RUclips videos for this. Might want to rethink the post.
Your saying this not knowing whether I have it registered as a SBR or not, how ignorant. What you should do is rethink your comments, not knowing what I have and haven’t done with my firearms.

It has a 500 round break-in. After I have surpass that I’ve had zero issues make sure he’s using OEM Glocks mags . Best luck to you.
nice sbr bud! I have the fm9 frt charging hdl version and Im about one click away from getting the .45 acp one too.......pretty sure Im sold.
For a direct blow back 9 the FM is hard to beat!
Just started building one

Yes, the pin sits proud in mine as well. I never noticed until you pointed it out. And mine uses is a solid round pin too.
How does it shoot? Do you plan to put a suppressor on it?

I just built mine 8.5 inch but mine has the side charging handle for some reason
You gotta sbr to use that stock btw
The side charging is a cool feature FM offers, I believe it’s not an option with the shorter barrels tho . And yes I know

Yes it’s been registered as a SBR, if it wasn’t it would have a pistol brace on it. Thanks for your concerns.
@@MadShooter why do you keep referring to it as a pistol?....its an SBR now right?
