I must say, I was impressed with the movie. I watched it because I was bored and I had just finished watching a couple other movies before, and I didn't sit down to watch Iron Sky having great expectations about it. And yet, I was pleasantly surprised. I also don't think it's the best movie ever like some people claim here in the comments, but it surely was a well-thought, well-constructed, enjoyable movie. I'm looking forward to part 2

Not really, comedy or not the Nazis where still just mindless bad guys, Like any other movie game or show that uses Nazis as bad guys. It's a comedy because it was written as one and honestly moon nazis sounds like a joke to begin with. The thing with Nazi's is they are the poster child of pure evil, they where literally the worst of humanity. The Nazi party and even modern nazi fetishists are an amalgamation of terrorism, cult behavior, and loss of freedom. So you have to understand there are only 2 real ways to explore Nazis, as an evil adversary or as a joke evil adversary, it's like how terrorists have been shown in both serious movies and comedies for decades.

if they would have left out the dry humor this movie would have been much better had it been delivered completely serious. Other than that the entire plot and the special effects were fantastic.

Was disappointed with Iron Sky. I think it was an unfunny film, and if they made it like Snakes on a Plane, a serious film with an absurd premise, I would have liked it more.

I actually liked the movie. The very end, where this song starts to play, while you see all the different countries bombing each other; very eerie.
