LOVE Fifty-Two 80's! The owners are awesome, the prices are competitive with online, the selection is amazing! It's jam-packed with stuff floor to ceiling, you're sure to find new stuff every time you go.
Used to live right around the corner from there... would frequent it on a weekly basis... quite possibly one of the best toy stores in the country

I have that entire line of the Hot Wheels Speed Demons w/Zombot awesome toys, those & the Corgi Juniors were really fun with Tom & Jerry, Popeye etc. Thanks for helping me to identify those Video Command figures, I see them all the time but could never remember the name, very rare to see any still working. What a cool little toy shop, I especially like the Pee-Wee, Chairy, & Magic Screen folding chairs outside, very cool!

I keep meaning to check this place out. It's in my hometown. In case people don't know, Fifty-Two '80s' name refers to 5,280 feet or one mile. Hence, Mile High City.
I saw so many things I currently own! Jem and the Holograms, TMNT figures, Happy Meal food toys, and He-Man figures. A lot of the things in the video, I've never seen before! I wish I could visit this place, or one like it. Love their logo!
That boxing Street Shark in particular was my absolute favorite as a kid. Oh I loved those toys so much.
I love that he has a mouth guard!

great call on Zombot, Dan! I had the exact same Hot Wheel when I was younger, still have it in my collection. The gold has faded a bit over time, almost looks more silver now - but it's a classic one! The dragon one behind it definitely is a throwback as well! I had the shark cruiser too, which they've released several times.
Man this review makes me want to visit this shop

I love seeing this store on your channel. My brother in law lives in Denver and I was out there two years ago around Christmas time after I had seen your first video on it but it was closed for the holidays.

I've been there 3 times in my vacations to Denver. Amazing store and the owners are awesome! I got my first repurchase of Mantech from Remco while there. It was a line I remembered but couldn't recall the name

Been there 2 times. I live in the Springs. Great video Dan. Glad you had fun. They had some willow figures the last time I was there. I want to go back.
I was vacationing in the Rockies last year and took a special trip to visit this store only to find it was closed.
If you're ever in Fairborn, Ohio, check out Time Warp Toys. Very similar to this.

Such a cool looking store! I love the variety, you never see Cowboys of Moo Mesa stuff, I have a few from when I was a kid and they're fun. How is the selection of "girl" toys? I find the problem with a lot of vintage toy shops is they almost never have anything like Rainbow Brite, My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake, Moon Dreamers, JEM and the Holograms, etc... which is what my wife tries to keep her eyes out for. At least she can find She-Ra stuff sometimes. Thanks for sharing!
They have a great selection, actually. I probably should have been better at showing that. I showed the Care Bears stuff a little int he video, but they also had a bunch of Jem and Strawberry Shortcake stuff, for sure.

There was a store similar to this one here in Michigan but it didn't last long. 1 to 2 years and it went under.

If you ever find yourself in downtown Omaha, I highly recommend a store called (THE IMAGINARIUM) you'll find a ton of 80s toys in there as well.

Amazing store. When I was there at the end of September the owners cut me some great deals on wwf ljns and hasbros. I bought jimmy snuka and the stubble variant corporal kirchner.

for me the 5.5 would have to have weapons for the most part namely swords especially the remco stuff but your pirates can use cocktail swords in a pinch

@@Pixel-dan I want to preserve the franchise as long as I live also I think ringpops might work as shields. the warlord/warrior beasts swords were awesome, conans seem flimsy the way they were designed but the weapons of the galaxy hole are the best.

At about 1:14 there is a quick shot of orange and purple figures in front of bendy barbarian figures. Can anyone tell me what that line is? I have had a mental image of them for years, since I had them as a kid, but can't remember any of the details. This is the first time I've seen them in a long time. Any help appreciated.

Hmmm, I don't really collect much of those. I've done the video game versions. I'm more of an Aliens/Predator guy. But that doesn't mean those are completely off the table! :-)
