Maybe I'm buggin but I swore he said Dexter instead of Devin lol..... And yeh this guy is an athlete

I said, Dexter one time in the video by accident...geez 🤣. He's an athlete but at the next level he isn't an "athlete". I'm telling you he isn't beating people off the bounce and going consistently to the cup at the next level. Now, maybe he works on his foot speed, lives in the gym and proves me wrong. I'll be the first guy giving him praise for it.

Wish my Pels could draft him. Carter is a starter in the NBA.

He has been shooting up draft boards. I think he is gonna be good at the next level

Wild commentary here. This has to be the only game you watched Devin play. He can absolutely be reckless at times but this was due to his supporting cast being limited after Bryce Hopkins went down. To say he doesnt have elite burst, he can’t handle length and he gets caught off ball is just not accurate. His 3 pt shot is certainly funky form wise but he was near 40% for much of the season

I've watched multiple games of his. I don't make evaluations on highlights. Time will tell.

Devin Carter shot 26% freshman year, 29% as a Sophomore and 37% this season as a Junior from deep. That's improvement but no where near ideal. That is a 33% career percentage. He only shoots 72% from the free throw line as a physical 6'3 guard. He isn't backing people down like that in the NBA. That's a fact. I stand by the evaluation I have.

limited athleticism?? I'm sorry man, respectfully you have to watch some more Carter basketball before you post a video this long. And he's a junior, not a freshman.

I know he's not a freshman. I forgot to edit the scroll. As far as athleticism. I've watched him in the NBA everyone is athletic compared to La fitness hoopers. His athleticism for the NBA is limited

Just in case the audience needs a point of reference. Do you consider Isaiah Collier to have elite hops?
      ruclips.net/video/9Kz5EoklfIo/видео.htmlsi=bSkgbZoHgiUV9QmT
He also can do a windmill dunk. At the next level everyone is an athlete compared to the average hooper. He doesn't have elite hops at the pro level.
