You don't need an enclosure for that. Just a team of people with good cameras and a lot of patience. You can crop a shot to make a smooth transition from eyes to mouth or something so you don't have to move the camera during filming. The quality is good enough. I'm not saying they never do it, but I don't believe it can just be assumed that thats the case "most of the time"
