Everytime I press the power button to select recovery mode it boots me back to the same screen and wont let me select it, how do I fix that?

one year late, but how do I factory reset back to android 11 from os 12? on my lenovo p12 pro os 12 is buggy for me. The swiping away gesture for apps while is playing is buggy and it keeps going from 120hz to 60 hz or lower for some reason when I have it always on 120hz.

i accidentally updated my operating system to android 11 and it is not compatible to the device, so it automatically shuts off and wants me to flash back to the factory version system. does this video help? im afraid to do this because i might return this. can you please answer me? 🥺

Hey, when I try to turn on my p11 it vibrates and shows Lenovo logo for 1 sec and switches off. It will just keep doing this forever it doesnt wanna switch on.
When I plug my charger in it shows the charging icon for 1 sec and disappears.....
Do I throw it in the rubbish bin????
