the lvl cap is 55 upon entering the elite 4 any lvl above that is fine especially since the lvls are pretty spread out between stevens team and the the first elite 4 member. sydneys lowest is 50 whereas stevens highest is 59. thats why i put the entering lvl cap at 55 right in the middle and thats the lvl of drakes ace. this is how i play though, everyones different :)
I did the Latvia’s hunt on a legit cartridge for like 3 years and saved after the cutscene like an idiot. I think I did over 100K resets and it hurts I got nothing out of it

Only 3 encounters before Wattson when there are many many routes and caves before his battle? Were you catching but mentioning any you didn't plan to use? Or just catching pokemon you intended to use. I'm confused about the rules here
