"The Chosen" is such a wonderful spiritual venue to reaffirm one's faith in Christ and God. For me the show is God's humble instrument to intervene to people around the world, telling us He's with us in the midst of this chaos and uncertainties due to the pandemic. As Rabbi Jason said, "Great catch of fish is coming" I truly believe that. Matthew 24:14 "As this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" Indeed, the Lord is allowing and equipping you to take His Word with power to every nation. God will use young to old to be a voice to the generations and tell the nations Jesus' story.

I only learned about this show because I follow the content of the youtube channel called Ambassador Of Christ (AoC network) and the host who is called Jerren was talking about the leap of Faith, so he picks up a CD case and starts talking about The Chosen and how the director Dallas Jenkins has so much talent and how he's using it all now to create this show... So my wife and me checked it out and we spent the last 2 days just binge-watching the whole season 1 and we are so happy to pay forward and contribute a little bit to the season 2.
God bless, I have no doubt that this platform will catch a lot of fish, the modern interNET is a great tool to catch "fish" and work for the glory of God, praise Him and His Son Jesus Christ our Savior! I hope that The Chosen will also cover the life of Paul, I know that Dallas Jenkins said that season 8 ends at the end of the Gospels but it would be great if there was at least a mini-special like the Pilot for maybe Christmas or another holiday that shows Paul's conversion and a bit of his life. After all, half of the New Testament is Paul's writings and I feel that he should also be a part of The Chosen :)
I'm seriously considering getting baptized this summer. I have heard God's call and I think it's time for me to answer it. Jesus is my Brother, my Lord and my King. I'll make it my life's goal to do my best to live for Him. I discovered this show and it just confirmed what I'm supposed to do. 'Follow me' He says. I hear you God, loud and clear.
It's ok. I must admit that, when I saw the trailer, I thought it would be another series that would be obvious and would not unite the art of audiovisual with the word of God that is already rich in stories (unfortunately, we have many films, series with poor script quality, editing etc. .), but I was surprised to see the streamimg adaptation maintaining the essence of the Bible and this is really something rare, I can say for sure that one of my favorite characters in the series is Matheus and Jesus of course 😂😂, by the way, all actors also did a great job, excited to watch the second season 😊💛

I loved the quote from Rabbi Sobel about the re-envisioning of the "net." It's genius. It's also true. But here's something deeper I'm wondering about: Not all the actors or crew are Christian, yet they are all working on something that Dallas tells us and I believe is a project that's in the hands of God.
Do you suppose 2000 years ago, there were those who were also working toward building the Church like all the apostles did, but they were not believers in Christ? I don't mean the apostles weren't believers, but some who were part of building the Church weren't believers. It seems likely in light of what's happening on The Chosen. I'm intrigued.

God is using the international NET (internet) to gather the harvest. Amen what a brilliant job with the chosen. Love love love your take on it. How you bring in the diff personas of the disciples and how you make them and Jesus relatable. I watched not one episode without tears of gratitude and appreciation for God's love and free gift if Grace to me. Normally Jesus's series's or movies looks cheap and are bad acting and manyvtimes so monotone. But this is right up there with the quality of the passion. Excelent acting. The actors draws you in. It's like you are standing right there on the set. Jesus's direct words from bible and every punchline hitting you right in the heart. Your whole being whelming up with joy and love for God's goodness. May many many souls turn back to Christ with this masterpiece. Lookingvforward to season 2, 3,4,5.....😉😀

I have been intending on commenting on a video to you guys (The chosen team) about exactly this. I've been watching most updates that you bring us Dallas and one of them is about trying to quickly get the other seasons completed as soon as possible. I know everyone is so keen and believe you me, I am a movie and series fanatic so I definitely am as well! . However I was thinking about something Jesus said in the book of Mathew... Mathew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Reading all the comments we are all aware of how so many have wiped the dust off their Bibles and picked it up and started reading the Word again. Already with Season 1 only this is possible. So please don't feel rushed feeling as though fans are nagging, know that while most of us patiently wait, we are busy reading 🙏🏽 and alot of those people wouldn't be if it weren't for Season 1. The way I see it, season one is a blessing, everything else is His Grace 💕 Thanks again! I Pray you catch lots and lots of fish and that He comes real soon!

In all aspects, The Chosen has been amazing!!! I can't imagine the amount of work that is behind that beautiful series. Thanks to you and thanks to the Lord.
There is only one thing that makes me (and probably many others) very uncomfortable: it is the depiction of Mary, Jesus' mother. What we can infer from the Scriptures is that she is prudent, balanced, thoughtful, reserved, and rather silent. Although her role was played by a very talented actress, I think she should be depicted as less of an extrovert and, although helping and sociable, less impulsive. Thank you.
