Travels By Douglas And Sue Ep. 17 Traveling to Peoria, Illinois

Join us as we make our annual visit to Sue's hometown of Peoria Heights, Ill. This year, we decided to throw in a couple of extras places, like Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky and Claiborne Farm in Paris, Kentucky. As stated in this video, both the Ark Encounter and Claiborne Farm videos have been previously uploaded here, but I will include the links below, in case you haven't seen them. We took a more easterly route through Kentucky and Indiana before crossing over into Illinois. We traditionally decorate the headstones of loved ones while we're in the area, sadly to day, our mission keeps on growing. On the way back we took a slight detour into St. Louis, Missouri to have lunch and Gordon Ramsay's new dining experience, Ramsay's Kitchen, located on the top floor of The Four Seasons hotel. We also have added a couple more stops in Paducah, Kentucky like Troutt Old Time General Store and Market and Paducah Olive Oil Company.
