Yea I’m with the majority - no way you’re doing your due diligence on testing and miss this (among other bugs/exploits). Hire folks to “break” the game. Thats what you do in a lot of tech arenas. When the consumer gets the product this can’t be a thing. This has become commonplace with companies that are basically printing money off game sales! We have reached a crazy low with this developer.
The combination of the community rushing to make the sweatiest build and abuse it as soon as it comes out along with it costing $100 to max out ONE Myplayer is what drove me away from 2K. Yall sweats got it

My build is Joel Embiid. 96 close shot. 92 driving layup. I miss layups ALL THE TIME. I'm only a 92 but my badges are crazy. NOW I gotta try this. I throw ppl on the ground sometimes cause the post up king on gold. I got 3 HOF badges But I secretly got 2 legend badges. Man I can't wait to get off work

I like post scoring alot, but i don't do this type of post scoring cuz it makes no sense to fade when you right under the basket, but they need to fix that for sure. One issue i have is the response time when you trying to block a layup/dunk. You end up either automatically slowing down or stop a few seconds when you trying to help block a layup/dunk. Its like the game doesn't want you to do a chase down block! Its always been there in 2K, but it's really bad this year. No matter how fast you are, you slow down when trying to contest a layup/dunk when you are helping your teammate block.
Undisputed and Sparking Zero about to be the wave from this 2K shit at this point. Game already isn't that fun anymore

Facts, I hate it, but same time this is catering to NBA stars like Embiid or Jokic…and people like Ben Simmons prove you can miss standing layups 😂…but I can understand the frustration of these greens being more consistent than somebody knowing their 3pt jumper

Not every time but most times , because it is possible to make a shot heavily contested especially since this is a simulation basketball game it happens just not consistently

I use go to shots hop and spin jumpers. If ppl knew they would use it bc it’s easy to green.
Far as exploits, this game is the same like every other year. But I agree, ppl don’t want to be good, they want to win by any means.

2k at this point just needs to end basketball overall. Too much changes and complaints and nothing being done to the fans favor to even save the franchise. The devs being lazy and have zero creativity to bring the game up to hype and to keep fans interested in things brand new. Tbh 2k needs to fire ronnie and mike wang and his whole team and start fresh with a totally new team that cares about the fans and the game productivity and its quality of content that helps bring up their sells. Tbh 2k needs to go back to their old roots.
NGL I played a PG in Random Rec and he definitely did this like 6x to my Center gladly he was missing at the end of the game but we won and that was his go to move
Video is leaving out some key details. The timing window on this is pretty damned small, so its still missable. Judt a lot of us have practiced that post shot so much that ive got that animation seared into my brain and have the rythym cold. Also its still blockable.
I dont feel the least bad about this one, as nobody's complaining about tiny guards slicing into the lane and finishing layups right past a 7 footers outstretched arms. Nobody complained about fadeaway 3 pointers! So spare me the outrage!

It’s a bug with the game code, you can have 99 block, 99 vert, 99 interior, 99 perimeter, whatever, it’s going to go in.
