    Little correction please : adding your melted ogbono and blended okoro same time is unbelievable 😳 okoro is just like vegetable that cooks for 3 - 5 mins to keep its nutrients in tack, so adding it same time means either your ogbono is undercooked or the okoro is overcooked 🤦‍♀️. The ogbono has to go in first and cook for 10 - 15 mins before adding okoro 👌👍🏽

    Nice one, but adding the ogbono with the okro is a big NO ooo! The ogbono won't cook well if you want to preserve your okro. Instead, add the ogbono paste first into the cooking liquid. Allow it to cook and 'collaborate' well with earlier ingredients. Then adjust seasoning I'd necessary, then add the okro and veg with a minute interval. Cook all for 2-3 minutes, so the okro n veg retain nutrients n colour. Then, serve with fave swallow. I often eat it without swallow. Good fir the digestive system. NB: try adding freshly ground uziza seeds or thinly sliced uziza leaves in addition to whatever veg you are using. E get why. Your brain go get orgasm😂

    It is better to add ogbon first. The oil and ogbon supposed to cook well before adding okra. Okra is part of vegetables. They loose value ones they stayed too long on fire.

  • @victoriannam3032
    @victoriannam3032 Год назад +18

    You cook ogbono first before adding the okro, okro gets cooked easily and may become soggy as you cook it longer.
    Plus the longer you cook ogbono the sweeter it becomes plus don't cover your pot while cooking ogbono. I guess the tutorial is for beginners that are learning how to cook.
