ff3 is long range, and has good properties on hit, especially counter-hit. It is a slow mid, so it's best used in a situation where you won't be counter hit yourself for trying it. by cancelling the end of it into KIN with 1+2, you can continue to pressure the opponent even on block; KIN f2 will ch launch quite often on block here, since people like to attack after. A good time to think about using ff3 in a real game is if you're wishing to mistime your own offence and catch them with it.

@@TheMario74891 after a combo into db2 kin b2 1 because if spacing and sometimes they try to toetap or roll and sometimes hits aha but yoshi things happen. But the launcher ff4 I’m not sure on how to keep pressure after safely. Unless I db to duck highs but when I spin I get hit sometimes by hopkick or a random mid that’s not a tracker 😭

@@zackdoom with ff4, its a great mid to just check with in neutral, but also you want to throw this move out to punish any sort of attempt to disrespect your frame data; for example, hitting FC df4 into ff4 will trap a lot of mashing, you can also apply this to landing 1,1 then ff4. ff4 promotes your opponent to play honestly and try to SSR in these situations, which is where you can start to frustrate them further with sequences such as FC df4 > FC df4, or 1,1 > uf4, or what have you. On block, your options are BT db, BT d3/d4, BT ub4, or just holding back. spinning should be reserved for if you've conditioned them to mash afterwards

@@TheMario74891 okay I see I see I’ve been using it in neutral and getting wrecked. Need to think more outside of the box on my frame data, of which I still don’t fully know all my options ever but I know the standard ws 10 12 15f punishes etc etc but in match it so unsure when is a good time in block to spin for example. I know a lot about yoshi unsure how to apply it as I’m still unsure how I can use the game mechanics like side step to my advantage. I’m a 2D player. Thank you for the advice !!!
