    I love this guy's honesty, the amount of people half assing through this field and their projects and expect employers to hire them instantly and rant about it or cry about it on reddit that no one hires them is appalling

    I Did Like how you reviewed those portfolios. You didn't give them fake hopes that whatever they are doing is perfect, Rather you showed them whatever they are doing is not enough and they should do more. That's awesome and helpful, and most importantly TRUE!!

      Standards get higher as roles mature. 5 years ago, if you knew some react you were a king, now it doesn’t weight that heavy anymore
