I’m planning to give birth in Canada. And I’m applying for a tourist visa, stating that I’ll be in Toronto Canada for a week. If I’m granted the visa can I extend my stay?

You can’t give birth in Canada and stay for a week, it’s an obvious lie and they might send you back at the POE. Tell them the truth
