This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "good examples of smart goals for employees" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ponlijah Memorable Preponderance - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to maximize your life using a simple goal setting strategy minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.
It is so important to set specific measures and deadlines in goal setting! The way you laid it out is simple and easy to follow. An action plan matters to actually know how to do the work necessary to hit our goals.
And, meaningful goals can be utilized as affirmations, tapping, vision boards, conversations, therapy, and coaching. Whatever it is should be motivating and are not going to be neglected as you move forward. Great video!
Great video! Goals setting is so important. The question is: how to choose when they are multiple? I co-own an IT company, and I write books (I'm a published fantasy author), and I manage a team to develop a software product, and I want to start a consulting business on top of that. Cutting anything out of the list is out of the question, I've tried 😒 and they're in such radically different directions. Anyways, that's unrelated. 😑
You might choose one goal for each area of your life. :) One goal for each business + one personal goal. If you're in different places and/or mental spaces when you're working on each thing then you'll be able to manage them. That being said, it's definitely easiest to achieve your goals when their are fewer!

I'm using a Nikon Z6 (which I love!) at the moment, but if you're just starting out then I'd recommend the Canon m50. Rhode's microphones are great! I'm using their "Video Mic."
Building a successful YT channel takes time and perseverance! Quality videos on popular topics are key. I have several videos about how to grow your channel that I'd recommend you watch for more info!
How do you and your husband manage to take kids to play sport if they go? How do you manage your household? Will you in the future have some kind of video on how you take care of four kids,how your life looks like and the similar:)
