USC Trojans "Do-It-All" Freshman RB Quinten Joyner | FILM SESSION

Trey dives into the film of the 5’11 200 pound Running Back, Quinten Joyner. Joyner is from Manor, TX, he was an early enrollee at USC for the 2023 recruiting class. His film speaks for itself! Trey analyzes his film from the USC Trojan 2023 spring game as well as a few of Joyner’s high school clips. Trey also shares his NFL player comp for the True Freshman running back. Lincoln Riley is going to have a hard time keeping this young man off the field in the fall! He’s THAT good!!

I wouldn’t give that first play so much to Quentin because Briton Allen engaged with raleek for no reason instead of shooting the gap

Allen has to respect the read option. If he shoots the gap, QB dumps it over the top to Releek, and if that happens it’s most certainly curtains. That’s just an excellent play and execution. Alllen did what he was supposed to do and try to contain, though he should have got off of that block.
