Why aren't private towing companies a thing in Russia? In the states peoples cars get towed to a difficult location and the fine is huge especially if they don't pick up their car the same day.
I'm not sure about Russia, but in Bulgaria you need a police officer to be present before they lift the car. I've seen the negatives of both ways, tow truck drivers are careless and unprofessional in the states.
Russian language is kinda easy especially for those who are Slavs like me or have a slavic heritage and understand such language like russian. They also mention another words like "пешеход" which means "pedestrian" or "гражданин" which means "citizen". If you want to know any more words just type it down here under your comment. This is so stupid, these people won’t solve anything. They are blatantly evoking violence in these people in justification that they are breaking a violation for views and publicity. It’s obvious that this place has an over abundance of vehicles with not enough parking spaces. Instead of lashing out at the people, lash out at the government for not providing enough parking space.
this is the MAIN issue here - in Russia, laws exists only for those without power. Those in power, from Putin down to all government positions, break the law, steal, and abuse power. Drivers think why should we be the only ones to obey the law? And them obeying all laws will not make anyone in power obey laws.

That's probably public land there, and installing an actual parking lot would mean paying the city a fee, which one way or another you'd have pass on to your customers. Or you can bribe the local politician a little less than the fee and use the sidewalk as your parking, and measures will never be taken to physically prevent people from parking on that sidewalk. *not familiar with this particular situation, purely hypothetical, but likely true

In most US cities this wouldn't happen. As soon as the town realized they could station a traffic cop there and make money, they would ticket every car. If revenue went down because some people started behaving, they would just raise the ticket cost....

She parks there and behaves like she is something special (unfortunately like many russian women...). 2nd day the same. And then she parks there, talks shit and goes into the bank. At the end of the day she knows she is in trouble and cant argue with these guys (because she actually knows that she did wrong) and sends the other guy to take the car. Actually that was the funniest thing because as a viewer you (know) can assume that she is inside the bank and is getting crazy :D

i love these videos because i love seeing humans deal with conflict, but... transportation via car is a very bad concept: its not efficient to move about 2500 Kilogramms of metal, glass and plastic just to move a person that weights about 85 Kilos from point a to b. furthermore millions die each year because of the exhausts and a few hundred thousend die in car accidents. furtermore because this is the main mode of transportation for decades now citys are more build for cars then for humans... - if we get visited by aliens soon they will think cars are the dominat life form.
