This is the type of videos we need - short and to the point. Thank you!

This code --crfe is for character reference, there is other for style reference --sref... but what are all the commands? If I put a house and ask midjourney to copy the house, it won't know how to do it using the --crfe command :/

Midjourney does not have an object reference parameter yet, so it cannot copy your object. Instead, I recommend checking out the new Image Editor. You can upload external images and have Midjourney create a scene around them. You can also then use Retexture to change lighting and overall style. Video: ruclips.net/video/qUw85p1hyhM/видео.html
If you don't have access to the new Image Editor, you could try to use a combination of a CREF with a detailed prompt, but again, CREF is geared toward humanoid-like characters and not objects.

Thank you. Could you make a video on how to upload and resize the image ?

You cannot change the aspect ratio for an external/non-Midjourney image, but you can change the aspect ratio for an image that was created with Midjourney. Is this what you are referring to?

@@woollyferncreative I wanted to change aspect ratio of external image, after pointing it out in the prompt using cref tag. If its not possible then its okay 😊

If you want your output results images to be different aspect ratios compared to images you are using as references (such as with --cref), try using the --ar parameter at the end of your prompts. Example: your prompt here --cref imageURL.jpg --ar 9:16

When I upload a picture into midjourney and right click to get the image url I only get as far as message and delete. How do I get the copy link?

    • @woollyferncreative

Are you using the website or Discord to upload your image? On Discord when you right click your uploaded image you should see Copy Link in the menu (Copy Media Link if you're using Discord on mobile). Also make sure you are uploading an accepted image type (jpg, png, gif, etc).

@@woollyferncreative I've saved the image in jpg, png, and gif format via photoshop and I am having the same problem.
I try to upload the image via Discord using my laptop and It does not give me the "copy link" option. It just goes up to "delete message".
      UPDATE: I figured it out!!!

If you're using the browser do the first suggestion she has on the video. Click on the image, then click on "open in browser" on the bottom left corner. Then right click on the image that pops up on the browser and click "copy image link"

@@normaorozco-j2x I'm having a similar problem. I'm uploading images using the methods suggested in the vid. I have used the website, discord site and discord app. I can't right-click to get the image link and there is no 'open in browser' link either. This all used to work perfectly but I've had this problem for the past few days. Anyone got any ideas??

@scottymitch1 interesting. I can't seem to recreate the issue on my end. Maybe see if there's an update to Discord that needs installed?

Not working in Discord, and I have STandard plan, after upload only options to modify or remove attachment, no right-click options.. hmmmm

Make sure you press enter after you bring the image into Discord. You need to submit it to the channel you are working in. Once you do that, does the right-click menu show up for you?

@@woollyferncreative Pressing 'Enter' worked 🙏 and for some reason in all of the instructions I read online I never saw or noticed any mention of needing to Enter .. and have been using Midjourney over a year with 10,000 images under my belt, yikes. Anyway moving to the website and done with ugly, distracting Discord, thanks 👍

How do you upload images in your direct messages with the Midjourney Bot to prevent other server users from seeing an image?

    • @woollyferncreative
      @woollyferncreative  2 месяца назад

You can use your direct messages with the Midjourney Bot in the same way you would a channel on the Midjourney server. Click the plus sign to upload or drag and drop the image.

Are you referring to Character Reference? If so, make sure you are using a Midjourney image as your --cref. Non-Midjourney images do not work well.
