    It is so well balanced when it opens it uses the same amount of electricity in a 9V battery. The small oblong ones with 2 round connectors used in doorbells and game controllers 😮

      there are highly geared "hamster wheels" at both ends of the bridge;
      part of a joint venture of the "employ the city rats" program
      and "think green for the new millennium ! " B-)

    I have to wonder why the designers made the pedestrian deck at an incline like that. It certainly _could_ have been flat, so it wouldn't require people to walk up a grade to the center point.

    Tilting bridge that tilts for vanity? The main use for the river is now canoeing, it's dirty and rusty just like the other bridges so fits in well
