The fact that a man named Andrew COOPER is still doing his ancestors proud and getting involved with not only barrels and the making of them but the making of an ancient drink really speaks volumes to history. The ancient Coopers and Brewers have passed their names down and very rarely do you get someone with the occupational surname hundreds of years later and still involved in this industry. Hats off to you, keep our heritage proud and strong.
Cheers to great beer that’s why we brew our own on our channel . We just subscribed after your video found us . We love to brew beer, grow hops, make mead and different wines and others . Stay thirsty brew good beer.
The guy said the bricks are "eighty hundred years old" at 2:58. I think he misunderstood as Albert Down ran a brickworks in Glastonbury between the 1860s and the 1890s. There's no way those bricks are from the middle ages!
Interesting processes, shame that company is another one so hipsterised in 'brewdog' way ( in terms of labelling and so on ) - why is 'citrus hoppy' so popular now ? It tastes rank ! rather have a wherry or speckled hen ! - I spent some years outside the UK and all these ulticoloured labels and fruity or grapefruit beers are just weird !

I`m writing a medieval historical fantasy novel whereby my protagonist makes ale. Thanks for a very informative video :)

Nice one boys! I'd love a sausage roll and beer right now! I like this rustic style!
That’s a sick way to brew! Just need to brew up a fantasy medieval batch to go along with it!
it is indeed disgustingly unwell - needs medication.
This wouldve been phenomenal to have while watching the civ streams
Really enjoyed this. Huge fan of Wild Beer stuff. Cheers.
