      Brother We Know The Surface Tension It Means The Surface Tension Resist The Cohesive Force On The Fluid And Maintains The Surface Layer Under Equilibrium Conditions, When Surface Tension Increase It Means Cohesive Force Is High So Capillarity Fall If Surface Tension Is Low It Means The Cohesive Force Is Low So Capillarity Rise
