the bottling up and then exploding is so true, we’re not emotionless we just don’t talk very much about our feelings.
i bottled up so much in my life, i’m only 14 but i just realized this. i used to never cry, i would only cry if it was something about myself, i used to only ever cry if i was disappointed in myself. i didn’t even cry when my grandma died even though to me she was more of a mother but deep in inside i was so heartbroken. then the first time i ever really cried about someone else was about a boy, i have no idea why cuz he didn’t even mean that much to me and this happened in the middle of 2019 and after that i still was tough and didn’t cry much but then at the end of 2019 that’s when i became so emotional, too emotional. i would cry about every minor thing and i still do. i don’t know why or what happened. is it stress? or are all my emotions just coming out now?
I've felt that before and I'm 18. It usually happens when all the emotions I held in for too long came pouring out. Itll probably go away. It did for me after I got all of it out.
But then again that's just me and everybody is different.
I guess it has something to do with planets and alignments cause lately i have been very emotional too ,both crying and getting stupidly angry with the smallest things. I'm 29 and i can start crying while watching a diaper commercial. It's freaking annoying.

Lucky enough for me, I have not had to experience one close to me dying.. at least, not for many years. I find myself sad about some of the smaller things in life, like how lonely I am.. I have forced myself into having no relationships with anyone (other than my friends and family), because I have believed that all they will do is reject me or let me down. Have Had a crush for 3 years, and not even my own family knows it. We overthink things, we bottle up emotions (but, not in the way people seem to think [at least for me]).. when I bottle up my emotions, they last inside me for years, I keep anyone from knowing because I don’t want to be seen as weak, at night.. they come back, I stray from letting it all out because I can’t lock my room. I’m too close to people to let it out. So it stays, I write about it.. about the loneliness, the bullies, the sadness, it doesn’t go away. And so I play games, watch other people’s happiness, because I can’t have it myself.
It’s good that you have the ability to let them out, it haunts me..
I’m sorry to have gone on a rant, just another way of me trying to let it out..

I've been looking into this fact! They title it "EMPATH" which does describe what we experience more than others. I like the fact that "IT" has a title & definition, but I'm still trying to understand if it's a blessing or a curse?! With the good, always comes some form of bad; I'm just grateful that I'm built STRONG ENOUGH to WITHSTAND THE TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS OF THIS LIFE! It scares me how I'm such a HUMANITARIAN, but I can walk away from damn near anyone & never look back! Some of our "QUIRKS" are...scary!😳🤔🤯

We can not change the past but we can change how we perceive it with a lesson learned. The humanitarian is very strong in us , so is the empath . The problem we experience is not listening to our intuition when the other two are in full swing untill we see what is going on and we walk, no need to look back because it took us a while to get there !
