Excellent overview, helpful to anyone young or old! I wonder if practicing listening to the Northwestern University Auditory Test No.6 (NU-6) or common word lists has been found to be useful as an auditory training practice?
Please edit the RUclips captions to include capitalization and punctuation. A 30 minute video is difficult/exhausting to read rolling captions without punctuation.

Reading a loud was recommended by my auditory specialist. Starting that today. Great video!!!
