- I promised it... you've been waiting for it... HERE IT IS, my updated Smash Ultimate character video. I finished this all way back in late May, but held it off until today when I finished my next storyboard animatic project, which will be out very soon.
Ever since the game finished as of last December, I realized the time for my lazy ass to sit by was over. This was hands-down the hardest video I've made on my channel yet, even moreso than the original, and the runtime of almost 20 minutes is a testament to that. Heck, some of the files seen in this video have been sitting in my Phone for at least little over two YEARS, so yeah.
But as for the video itself, like the title says, I have all the characters from the roster in this one video. Most of the character clips seen in the original are present here too, although I replaced a few of them with clips I thought were just better representations of the fighters.
A rule that I set in the original was that I was only allowed to use animated films that had been shown in Theaters, but as you will see, I had to make even more exceptions simply because Covid-19 is a bitch and I was running low on options. And yes, Anime films do indeed count as animated films, but just for simplicity sake and that I didn't pull my hair out looking through any anime film I had watched in my lifetime, I just stuck to western animation.
Also, unlike the original where some parts in the video had annoying blurry borders in them due to being rendered in YouCut, this version on the other hand does not as it was rendered in Inshot, so that's another reason this version is superior to the original.
Now, if you guys excuse me, I'm gonna go take a nap.

1:12 I wonder if Mario and Dr. Mario would also act this way towards each other.
Luigi: "So, who's the REAL Mario?"
Both Marios: "I am!"
Dr. Mario: "Don't let this plumber fool you! He's being controlled by Cappy to mimic my every move."
The disrespect on Lucas' part lmao
I've Recognized This One A Long Time Back When I Was Younger 15:02
This Dose Look Somewhere Familiar To Mario N64 Throw 0:07
Precisely what I had in mind!
So long gay bowser
0:19 I like Donkey Kong’s portrayal
Smart choices, but Wario could've been literally any scene with farting or a motorcycle
Great! 👍🏻
What movie is Bowser Jr’s from
Mario is my best
Why would Lucario be portrayed by UP? 11:16
Dug is a talking Canine who emphasizes the word "Master", just as Lucario has previously done in The Mystery of Mew.
The part about Banjo and Kazooie nice reference to JOThumbsupmaster
Interesting, might I ask what and or where this JOTUM reference originated from?
Breegull Mail the wan where I asked Banjo what his favorite Disney movie was
@@ezrathefirstlionkeybladema4229 I think Brother Bear could fit pretty well.
How does Cars portray Little Mac
Guido is a farly small vehicle compared to other Cars in the franchise, kinda like how Little Mac is a boxer of short stature in his own game and Smash.
Also, the moment where Chick Hicks' crew makes fun of Guido could be reminiscent of all those parodies on RUclips where the characters are making fun of Little Mac and his "Little package".
14:20 What movie is that from?
The Ant Bully
@@BenJPics9925 Thx.
@@foxystudiosuwu8264 No problem, bud~
Wait, Kirby's not a girl
Yeah, but he's adorably destructive and kicks major ass with the power of stars, rainbows and cute things. Just like Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup.
@@BenJPics9925 He doesn't fly that quickly physically, he rides a star
@@Dry_Dark_Spirit You get the idea.
@@BenJPics9925 yeah
