3:50 Man I can't believe they foreshadowed the drain here. It's probably one of the funniest if not the funniest ending to an episode of this show ever.
Lance Reddick is so fucking funny in this episode. Some fans don’t like this episode cause the rest of the Gang is barely in it, but I think it’s hilarious
I'm a veterinary technician, and Mondays and Fridays are the worst days of my week. Getting home on Monday and watching Always Sunny and reading the comments always helps! 😊
This episode is often cited as one of the worst/least popular and I could never fathom it. I love this one. And yeah, RIP Lance Reddick man. What a boss.
I feel like people may have been harsh on this ep because season 7 came in hot and they didn't expect an episode with very little screen time from the gang. Despite that this is still very funny.
Lance Reddick is GOATed, RIP. His Eric Andre appearence in the absolute best, he had a funny voice role in aqua teen hunger force as well and obviously was glorious in this Sunny episode.
Absolutely love Jon polito as Frank's brother, his character from miller's crossing is what I imagine Frank would be like as a mafia boss. And I hadn't watched the wire by the time I first watched this so it was a nice surprise to recognise Lance in this reaction
They never reference the events of this episode again and Gino, Reggie and Shadynasty never appear again. It's basically not canon. But man it's hilarious.

Didn't expect to get emotional over Lance Reddick's scenes. That dude was so funny, what a legend. EDIT: 9:54 omg if anyone reading this hasn't seen Lance Reddick's Eric Andre appearance, they need to look it up right now,. It's incredible.
I actually really like this episode a bunch, feels a bit crazy and silly but I think it's a lot of fun. This episode is Shady Nasty! Having Lance Reddick in this episode is the cherry on the top, he's so good in this....like he is in everything, legend. "You need a new desk."
Lance Reddick was great in everything he appeared in. Check out the sketch he did called Toys R Me, where he plays the most unhinged store manager I've ever seen.
"Are they brothers?" as they choke each other 🤣🤣🤣 Jon Polito is hilarious, and always struck me as an 'evil(er) Danny DeVito' so it's perfect for him to play Frank's brother. And everyone playing their younger selves in bad wigs is so absurd I love it "You don't look a day over twelve" 🤣🤣🤣 RIP to Lance
I have a Hulu account that I can watch it’s always sunny on and I have been consistently every week coming to watch you do the commentary keep doing what you do man ! Best of luck
Believe it or not, but several fans have actually called this one of the worst episodes of the series. So the fact that you enjoyed this episode so much is a pleasant surprise. 😊
I've never been a big fan of the episode (though I've never hated it like some people, I can't hate anything that has Jon Polito and Lance Reddick, may they both rest in peace), but seeing your reaction to it has made me appreciate the episode more
its crazy to me that this is the most hated episode. it was so fucking good. franks background was ridiculous and Lance Reddick showing up was amazing. the eating bit was funny, the crazy racism jokes were on point. it was all great.
I can't lie, I do feel this is one of the worst episodes of the classic era of Sunny. But yet I still do like it. And it's great to see someone who likes it a lot more. Your reaction made it better.
R.I.P. Lance Reddick
Just stick a wig on Frank and he's nineteen again.
He doesn't look a day over twelve
Looks like one of the Beatles.
Shady Nasty’s is one of the funniest phrases ever 😂
It’s Shadynasty’s asshole
Haha, Lance Reddick just acting the same way he acts in The Wire but with an Always Sunny script
Lance playing it 100% straight is the best. RIP
holy crap, ive seen both series multiple times and never realized that was him!
"I have no choice..... but to be a mature ass adult about this shit"
Glad to see someone else likes this episode. People like to call it the worst, but not even close.
It's pretty close to be the worst but the last few seasons have new worst entries. Show definitely needs to die already.
I also enjoy it 👍Every time Frank shows up in the wig has me cackling. It's such a Danny gag - low effort absurdist hilarity
It's one of my favs lol
@@johnglue1744 No, no it isnt, its a very good episode
I think it's mainly because season 7 is often considered one of, if not the best season, so by comparison they find it worse.
He's not just Frank's brother, he's also a brother shamus. You know, like an Irish monk.
When I put two and two together a while back, it settled my soul
Lance Reddick was absolutely amazing. And honestly, everyone was cooking on this one 🔥
WHERE'S MY ICONIC SLAVE ROLE?! - Lance Reddick
RIP
This episode is often called the worst of the show but it's one of my favourites, this is my favourite season in no small part due to this episode
Yes it used to get a ton of hate up until the latest seasons haha
"Ain't dis sum sheet!"
Easily one of my favorite episodes!!
3:50 Man I can't believe they foreshadowed the drain here. It's probably one of the funniest if not the funniest ending to an episode of this show ever.
Mac didn't learn
“You need a new desk.” I know EXACTLY what you were talking about! Lance Reddick and Eric Andre were a match made in heaven.
He was Brother Seamus in the Big Lebowski. Not an Irish Monk but a "fellow private detective."
I'm also Black and I learned the word "negress" from this episode lol.
The “his innards sucked out by a hot tub” is a reference to a short horror story in a collection by the guy who wrote “Fight Club” Chuck Palahnuik.
Tell me more…
@@violentlypink6680 the story is called “Guts” in his book of short stories called “Haunted” from 2005
I read it in a 2004 Playboy Magaine lol
@@ethanpayne9162 how is that possible, every playboy from 2004 has the pages stuck together 😂😂😂
@DannyBedo miraculous when you think about it. Especially since I didn't actually get around to reading it until around 2008ish lol

Legendary person indeed.
Scrolled for a comment on this and I'm 100% with yous. It's no Nightman Cometh. It is Sunny doing what Sunny does, bein awesome.
I feel like people may have been harsh on this ep because season 7 came in hot and they didn't expect an episode with very little screen time from the gang. Despite that this is still very funny.
Danny's brand of weird humor really appeals to me, so I really like this episode 😅
Jon Polito (Frank's brother) was the pawnshop owner in The Crow.
Was great as the super on Seinfeld.
"I wish I was Levar Burton" 🤣 I gotchu
Frank making a hoagie in his mouth is a vibe
"Shady Nasty's"?
The way when I moved I looked up "how to make your own Wawa Italian hoagie" because I missed it so much
Lance Reddick is a legend. RIP.
The words negress and shadynasty are hysterical.
The guy playing Franks brother is Jon Polito. Youve seen him in Millers Crossing as the Italian mob boss.
Also The Crow pawnshop dude
Silvio on Seinfeld.
Lance Reddick is GOATed, RIP. His Eric Andre appearence in the absolute best, he had a funny voice role in aqua teen hunger force as well and obviously was glorious in this Sunny episode.
Wild that people call this the worst episode. Even if it is, the worst episode of Sunny is better than some of the best of other shows.
No. The worst episode is the gang texts. By fucking far.
Absolutely love Jon polito as Frank's brother, his character from miller's crossing is what I imagine Frank would be like as a mafia boss. And I hadn't watched the wire by the time I first watched this so it was a nice surprise to recognise Lance in this reaction
"you did not want to get caught out in those days with a..." Lmao
People talk trash on this episode a lot, but its genuinely one of my favorites. It always makes me laugh so hard
RIP Jon Polito (Gino)
Man, Rip Lance man, one of the greatests
The name Shady Nasty has stuck in my head for years ever since i first saw this lmaoo
They never reference the events of this episode again and Gino, Reggie and Shadynasty never appear again. It's basically not canon. But man it's hilarious.

This episode gets too much hate. It has many hilarious moments so I'm glad you enjoyed it.
You might be recognizing Franks brother as the pawn shop owner from The Crow.
S7 is the best season of Sunny, hands down.
Season 7 is just non stop gold.
Frank's brother was the pawn shop owner in The Crow. He was also the bad guy in Blankman another movie you should watch.
Franks brother was the same actor as Casper who had the coolest right hand man the Dane from millers crossing!
Frank's brother was also Johnny in Millers Crossing. Thats what I always think of him as lol
Such an underrated episode. Season seven is PEAK Sunny 😎
I just now realized ...frank's brother is Gideon.
I cant belive that this episode has only 6.8 on IMDB
Oh We know... The Lance Reddick, Eric Andre skit was so F***ing hilarious.
I love this episode. It is funny as hell and also has the late great legendary Lance Reddick.
I love this episode too. Lance killed it.
I always liked this one. Shadynasty was so creative. I remember I laughed so much.
franks brother is a cohen bros regular
I actually really like this episode a bunch, feels a bit crazy and silly but I think it's a lot of fun. This episode is Shady Nasty!

Frank has taken the hoagie as well as the cake :P
I just adopted a female dog. I think I'll name her Shadynasty.
RIP Lance. ❤
Those were the days..
Frank aged 40 years being in cuba because before that he didnt look a day over 12

Nice, only 3 seasons left until Charlie Work
The Eric Andre references! 🔥
I'm glad you enjoyed this episode more than me
Haha I caught that Eric Andre show reference
My favourite episode, not being contrarian - still can’t believe it’s the lowest rated on IMDb

It is a fun episode, i quite like it as well.

I wish I was LeVar Burton!
I believe Mac has gotten even bigger... lol
Cracked me up.
I STILL don't get why people hate this episode
God damn episode lol Shadynasty 💀
See I'm not the only one to comment that is generally regarded among the lower episodes of the series.
Doesn't mean it ain't gosh darn funny though!
