So pleased to hear about you progressing with your treatments, that is great news and well done. I would say in my experience it is 50/50 as well as it will depend on what the client has planned after the treatment. Just be aware of your own health as well though as working over clothes is much harder on the fingers and wrists so it is wise to limit the number you do. Good luck with everything!😊
I do try to fit them in when I can and my sister and I just love a spa session as birthday gifts, we are very fortunate that we have some very good ones near us! 😊

Oh you poor thing. Can you find a therapist locally who may be able to help and guide you to treatments that might benefit you. Also have you seen a medical practitioner as that is a long time to have such pain. Take care!😊
Oh you poor thing, as it is such an unpleasant pain to have in that area, when you use your hands all the time. Please be cautious as you can aggravate the pain if massaging incorrectly, but some guided exercises might help to relax the joints or a very light massage with sweeping strokes rather than using pressure. Also one thing that worked for some of my clients was a warm wax hand bath. You have just reminded me that I have one up in the loft somewhere, so I might just dig this out again! Take care and I hope this helps! 🤗
