As a good Manitoba Mennonite Man, I do a lot of canning...and at minute 2:00 you push the lid and it pops, then claim "sealed". I beg to differ....a sealed container is already contracted and thus you cannot push the lid down to make it pop. Therefore that can should be a discount, as it is in fact NOT sealed and has -26 degree air in it.

They are more or less sealed . Some are more , some are less. Thanks for pointing that out and I will give you a discount on that jar.
