Even old hanzo is hard to counter if his ult form skill 1 doesnt require stacks to activate his strong and no defence reduction during ult
Revamped hanzo's counter -ling's ultimate, Hayabusa ult + s2 skill, Lancelot ult and s2 skill and any high mobility hero

With low crit and not having great dragon everyone just run after your ult
There is no way to get kills in high rank easy
8 sec immortality won't work if enemy do not attack you after ult
Also there is no easy heal anymore after ult because attacking minions would not recover hp
So after ult enemy just runs away and wait your ult to finish
Also chasing enemy is not as possible as past because of changes of skill 2
Skill 2 doesn't have energy recharge buff anymore, it just have 100% row energy
In past you could get kill easily with this trick
Basic attack + skill2 + inspire+ basic attacks
But it doesn't work anymore
Enemy just kills you faster, or just runs away and you can't catch him because of skill 2 speed up nerf
Revamp would be great if skill 2 was like past
But now it's stupid
I feel they were just chasing for a revamp to nerf Argus's push and decrease his wr in high ranks
He is totally useless unti you take these items:
Boot, wind talker and great dragon spear
