I'm like super awful at the game, so please be patient, but I had a thought when you said "sadly I don't have an advantage yet" because you couldn't spend your gold. Would it have been worth while to back anyway? You have tp if you feel that strongly about missing the XP/CS, and then you could push your advantage even more into a winning matchup. Granted, the TP CD is long, and all you would have come back with was a basic component, but still, just wondering.
that could have been an option, to get dark zeal + boots example. But tp is very broken to use when you are low hp to just recall tp back instant with all gold spend. Because i was pretty healthy and could use my HP bar more if i wait to tp, I decided to just go lane and save tp. Since she also had tp its nice to match her with it. hope that makes sense :D
