Not to clash with Walter's opinion but I grew the Trinidad Scorpion this year and have eaten them. Yes, they are blistering hot and not something I would run out and do but no ill effects. Nice comparison video.
Grow or buy some Red Savina Habanero. The heat gets crazy but not bat shit crazy like Carolina Reaper & Dragons breath! Red Savina had the world record for a while in the 90s and early 2k's. It makes awesome sauces and goes great with lots of cooking/dishes.
