The thing I'm really noticing with the newer songs, is that Jon's vocals are in a league of their own at this point. From his sound, flow and lyrics, he's definitely my favorite unclean vocalist. The whole band KILLED it. I have a feeling Jackpot Juicer is gonna be HUGE for these guys.

Love the Andrews and Wills chemistry on these tracks. It's like they built and combined their heavyier guitar style from artificial selection with the clean style in afterburner and made this beautiful and hard ass track

I drew him for the art show so people could respect him and acknowledge what he has created and how he has changed people's lives. Over 2000 people saw it. Jon and Tillan both sound at their absolute best on this album especially Jon his vocals have improved so much. Tim’s instrumentals are something that’s always made DGD stand out losing him is such a tragic loss for the band.
Tonight I just cruised downtown, windows down, this song on repeat. What a banger. If the rest of Jackpot Juicer is like this, we have the best DGD record since Mothership! On another, more somber note, DGD will never be the same after Tim. Damn, it seems right as they signed Andrew for that 6-piece they’ve truly been since Mothership, we lost Mr. Strawberry’s Wake solo himself. Sergio’s gonna kill it on this tour and they’ll no doubt find a talented bassist moving forward, but there’s no replacing Tim Feerick.
When I read their statement about the tour, I told one of my friends that of course, Tim should still be with us. But since he isn't, the bass parts are in good and capable hands with Sergio.
honestly, I decided about a month ago I wanted to move on from guitar and piano and try my hand at bass, Specifically because of Tim and DGD. I believe former mixes of older songs don't do Tim any justice and have thought so for a while. if someone doesn't know, Tim had his own channel, TimDGD and he posted playthrough after playthrough and instrumental trqcks/demo mixes that I wish they had used on the CDs. Thank you Tim, for sparking this new interest in me.
This song is maybe my favorite DGD song in a long time and it just means so much more now that I can hear Tim playing. Some of the songs he was a part of changed my entire life. Ok, ok, this song is incredible!!! The lyrics, the vocals, the melodies, oh wow... Also, I think this is the best music video they've ever made. I didn't know what to expect and seeing the first shot with Jon like this was e-p-i-c! He is absolutely incredible! Seeing the other guys in the fruit costumes was also awesome and just the theme of the video and how it played out was great. I am smiling like an idiot right now... And the hype for more is bigger than ever! Jackpot Juicer will be an insane album.

I will miss Tim very much. We had so many memories. He was an amazing friend and down to earth guy. I'll miss all the fun times we had after shows and how he always texted when he was coming to my state so I could come out. Times at the "after" party and just hanging out with everyone drinking and having a blast and getting CDs from Tillian out of his van 😂 I wish I could go back to those days. Thank you to each of you. I should have come out to California when Tim asked me to! I'm sorry I didn't make it out. I love you guys. You'll be missed Tim thank you for being a part of my life back then.

Trapped in a extremely radical Christian family it was hard to fight for what I got to listen to being ridiculed and told that it’s all the devils music and there’s subliminal messaging blah blah blah etc. and there unique difference really helped me cope through all the pointless fights. Had a lot of rage and there’s just something about their music that always diffuses me.

I will miss Tim very much. We had so many memories. He was an amazing friend and down to earth guy. I'll miss all the fun times we had after shows and how he always texted when he was coming to my state so I could come out. Times at the "after" party and just hanging out with everyone drinking and having a blast and getting CDs from Tillian out of his van 😂 I wish I could go back to those days. Thank you to each of you. I should have come out to California when Tim asked me to! I'm sorry I didn't make it out. I love you guys. You'll be missed Tim thank you for being a part of my life back then.

@@draxinsklounce Not even comparable.. It's basically 2 different bands.. I prefer this over that dated older hot water on wool sound. Vocals in this are way superior than whoever was on that album.

Love you guys always here to lighten the world! Listened since my older cousin Gavin showed me what seems to be so long ago now, I think like 2005 or 2006ish. Trapped in a extremely radical Christian family it was hard to fight for what I got to listen to being ridiculed and told that it’s all the devils music and there’s subliminal messaging blah blah blah etc. and there unique difference really helped me cope through all the pointless fights. Had a lot of rage and there’s just something about their music that always diffuses me.
Mess is one of the best screamers in the game. The way he grooves around the beat with his voice is so impressive.
