Nettle Nightmare - Making use of unwanted plants - Compost!

We have a tonne of nettles growing in the garden and we've decided to make use of them for more than the occasional cup of tea! We're going to add them to our depleted compost bays to build up the nutrients and organic matter.
Hopefully this will give next years compost a boost. We'll just have to try not to get stung in the process.
