- In The CW’s Golden Globe nominated comedy series “Jane The Virgin,” Brett Dier stars as Michael, a detective with the Miami Police Department, who would like nothing more than to get back together with Jane (Gina Rodriguez.) Justin Baldoni stars as Rafael, the rich, hotel owner who has an on-again, off-again relationship with Jane (Gina Rodriguez), as well as a baby. Yael Grobglas stars as Petra, the scheming ex-wife of a rich hotel owner. You can catch Jane the Virgin on Monday Nights at 8 p.m. on The Arkansas CW.
Petra is my favorite character on the show, she’s so badass. I don’t see her as a villain.

She is no villain, just a person who is complicated, just like the rest of us. She's not perfect, and that makes any fictional character seem real
She was bad at the beginning but she grew on me as he character evolved and it evolved because of Jane and Rafael. Actually both Rafael and Petra evolved in the best version of themselves because of Jane. And they also helped Jane into being more relaxed.
She’s my favorite, too. I don’t think of her as a villain.

I think Jane the Virgin should continue. It is one of the best shows I've ever seen. It is funny, sad and has all the components of a terrific show. Please continue the series.

Petra is one of my favorite characters, I love the parts when people would show their love toward Petra and she would feel special but she couldn’t actual show how she felt, those were some of my favorite parts.
This is an awesome show! The actors are simply amazing, and the storyline really keeps us on our toes. My favorites on the show are Justin Baldoni, Gina Rodriguez, and Yael Grobglas. Yael plays the part of two sisters and does an amazing job on both. I also love her facial expressions. So yeah, I guess I would be Team Petra if I had to choose! I can't wait for Season 6.
They are so cool! I wish there were more interviews with them.
When i started watching this show i did not expect to like it but in fact i LOVED it!!! Expect the part where Michael “dies” then Jane doesn’t choose him it literally broke my heart
Petra's dad died in war one week before he would have been released, she was forced to get a fake identity and move to the US, and to marry rich men she didn't love, couldn't get close to anyone, had a miscarriage, her one true love has feelings for another, her mother killed a man, and hid a sister from her, etc, and etc
