Yujiro is like a strong A maybe low S class hero if you count his stopping the earthquake feats. He’s really fast too fear wise so he could compete with bang a tiny bit. Maybe compete is the wrong word but Yk what I meant
If Yujiro was in OPM then he would be the lowest S class but whatever is the case he is not at least below S class.
