Colossus of Columbia is one of my favorites! And they aced it! Loved the baritone fun added into collosus in the 2nd strain! Nothing but perfection in this preformance.
Dan, I really appreciate this comment! When I was playing it, I had no idea that it wasn't originally written for baritones. I had to go listen to several recordings just now to verify! There's a good chance that Mr. Ward just threw the clarinet part at me and asked me to play it. There's also a chance that I just started playing it one day and he never noticed.
omg! invictus (i think) we marched that in 07 during our rose bowl year when i was a sophomore. great song. either way we played the first song in the span of 06-09

You marched it in '07? Hell, I marched that at Kingwood in '87, when I was a freshman, and then a few years later at Texas A&M. It's one of the best.
