FYI: I'm a Firefox user myself, but OpenSpeedTest performs way better in Chrome or even Edge than in Firefox with 10Gbit/s connections..

I agree. Chrome & Incognito mode gives better throughput compare to Firefox. Howver, the difference is not too big (as you can see from the iperf3 throughput test - for this specific case)

It took me several days to figure out how to install drivers for Gowin R86s, and I stumbled upon this video. Thank you for sharing. It seems that all I need to do is install kmod-mlx4-core for R86s to recognize the devices. With a DAC cable, things seem to be easier, right? I have an Acatel Lucent g-010s-p, but I can't find any way to connect to it.

Hi, Van Tech! Have there been any security concerns with that kmod-b2net build?
I only ask as I have been reading unfortunate concerns about the NanoPi devices, and am back looking at this for a solution.

Hi, the package is from OpenWRT so there should be no security concern from that. For the hardware, any x86 computer, for example the Dell SFF, HP Compact will work just find. You don’t even need the Zimaboard like what I did in the video.

@@VanTechCorner Oh yeah! I fully intend to test with a spare old HP compact PC I have! XD
Thanks for this, I wasn't sure about the origins of the OpenWRT package, but that's amazing!
      Thanks again, VTC!

I am going to test this module on the Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF soon. However, I need to find a low-profile bracket for it first :(

I can't find Any Celeron motherboards with anything but old slow PCIe 2.0 x16 or x1 so id say look to an old Intel recertified dell etc i5 PCIe 3.0 x16 slot machine for $100 or just go directly to a far better new amd Ryzen G motherboard & Ryzen G-Series chip today at least you will then have -network optimised- avx2 & PCIe 3.0 x16 slot to properly use this PCIe 3.0 x4/x8 card to full spec
-with a real m.2 x4 motherboard slot you could even add a cheap passive m.2 to PCIe 3.0 x16 slot adaptor & use those extra x4 lanes for another PCIe 3.0 x4/x2 card etc-

I agree, if the Tiny or USFF PC is not available in your country, any ThinClient or Dell/HP/Lenovo SFF PC will work just fine. According to my test, the HP Compaq Elite 8300 with an i3-gen3 CPU will only draw ~ 20W of power. In return, it gives you 2 x PCIe x8 and 2 PCIE x1, which is more than enough to add network adapters.
