Is parkshit, of course is a piece of sh!t, but not because of the lack of adjustable speed. I have something similar, NOT FROM PARKSHIT, and it's fine for small jobs that you don't need to tighten the screws that much, such as in plastic. It has it's use, just please don't waste your money on parkshit.
I saw this parkshit tool some time ago in the shop. The concept is interesting, but now knowing how good parkshit is... NOT, I'm glad I didn't fell for it. It would be another parkshit to return under warranty over and over again. 18€! Daylight robbery. I paid 10€ for mine.
I picked mine up for £13 and compared to my other one i brought for double the price its not even comparable
