The Stryker isn't all that great. It has very poor performance against even 20mm gun not to mention flat out useless against an RPG. They tried slat armor in Iraq and Afghanistan but it weighed so much that it caused alot of headaches with roll overs and movement speed making it a near sitting duck. They should of put some sort of light chobham armor and spaced armor around critical systems. It could use spaced armor and then have a ceramic plate with 45° layers of titanium and glass filled polyethylene layers
